Returns

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind:

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have entered processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if eligible under this policy.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
